Amphi Women and Girls Union presents an evening of poetry at Desierto Books on Friday, May 22. Local author Erica Prather, author of "Kneeling at the Juniper", is a founding member of this grassroots collective predominantly comprised of international youth and located in the Amphi neighborhood. You may hear spoken word Arabic, Dari, Spanish or Swahili.
